Correction Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

CCCwale.com maintains a large question bank of bilingual CCC practice questions, and with such a big collection, small mistakes can occasionally happen. We believe in being transparent about that and fixing issues quickly. If you spot any error — such as a wrong answer, unclear explanation, typing mistake, or incorrect question — you can report it directly from the test interface, through WhatsApp, or by email. Confirmed errors are corrected within 48 hours.

1. What You Can Report

You can report any issue that affects accuracy, clarity, or user experience. This includes a wrong correct answer when the marked option is not actually correct, a factual inaccuracy in the question or explanation, an unclear explanation that does not properly help the student understand the concept, a missing translation if Hindi or English content is incomplete, an outdated reference if the information is no longer current, and typos or formatting issues such as spelling mistakes, broken text, or layout problems.

2. How to Report an Error

The fastest way to report an issue is directly from the test question interface:

1. Open the test and click on the question where you found an issue.

2. Click on "Report Question".

3. Select the correct issue type, such as:

• Wrong Answer

• Incorrect Question

• Wrong Explanation

• Other Issue

4. Add a short comment to explain the issue clearly. This helps us verify and correct it faster.

5. Submit the report. Once verified, we update the content within 48 hours.

3. Our Correction Process

Step 1 — Acknowledgment (within 12 hours): We acknowledge the report and confirm that it is under review.

Step 2 — Verification (within 24 hours): Our team checks the reported issue carefully against trusted references and the relevant question context.

Step 3 — Correction (within 48 hours): If the issue is confirmed, we update the question, answer, or explanation and publish the correction live.

Step 4 — Transparency: Every valid report helps us improve the platform for thousands of students preparing for CCC.

4. Transparency Commitment

We do not hide mistakes — we correct them. Managing a large number of questions is an ongoing process, and student feedback is one of our most valuable quality checks. If a major issue is discovered, such as an answer key problem affecting a full test or chapter, we will review it quickly and take the affected content offline if needed until it is corrected.

5. Proactive Updates

Along with student reports, we also update content proactively when syllabus changes, question patterns improve, or we find internal inconsistencies during our own content review process. Any major update is reflected in the page’s "Last Updated" date so students know they are seeing the latest version.

Remember: One correct report can improve the learning experience for thousands of students. If you see an issue, please report it directly from the test page, or use WhatsApp or email. Report now →
