1. Purpose of the Platform

CCCwale.com is an educational platform that provides bilingual (Hindi + English) practice tests, mock exams, study notes, and preparation resources for the NIELIT CCC exam. Our 5,500+ question bank is designed solely for educational and practice purposes — it is not a substitute for the actual NIELIT CCC exam, nor does it guarantee any specific exam result. Success depends on your effort, preparation, and exam-day performance.

2. Account Registration

Certain features on CCCwale require you to create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In. When registering, you agree to: provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others, and not create multiple accounts for the same person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Service Tiers and Premium Plans

CCCwale operates on a freemium model. Some content and features are accessible to all registered users, while premium features (such as extended question sets, advanced analytics, or exclusive mock tests) may require a paid plan. All pricing, plan details, and included features will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new plans, or change which features are included in each tier — any such changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing active subscriptions retroactively.

4. Payments and Refunds

Premium plans are sold as one-time purchases (not recurring subscriptions) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our content, refunds are generally not available once a plan is activated. However, if you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to paid content, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@cccwale.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CCCwale.com — including our 5,500+ questions, explanations, test structures, study notes, website design, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of CCCwale and is protected by copyright laws. You may use our content for your personal CCC exam preparation only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially use our content without our prior written consent. Specifically, using our question bank on another website, application, book, or publication is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CCCwale.com only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: attempting unauthorized access to our servers or systems, using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract questions or content, sharing your premium account credentials with others, manipulating the test system (such as generating fake scores), and any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform for other users.

7. Content Accuracy

Our questions are based on standard reference materials (Arihant CCC Guide, LibreOffice Official Documentation), the official NIELIT syllabus, scientific analysis of old exam patterns, and teacher recommendations. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free at all times. NIELIT may update the syllabus periodically, and there may be a brief lag before we update our content accordingly. If you find an error, please report it to us — we fix confirmed errors within 48 hours.

8. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as NIELIT's official portal) and display advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external websites. Clicking on any ad or external link is at your own discretion and risk. We do not endorse any product or service displayed through advertisements.

9. Limitation of Liability

CCCwale.com and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform — including but not limited to exam results not meeting expectations, data loss, or website downtime. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make our best efforts to ensure everything works correctly, but we cannot provide a legal guarantee of perfection.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to exploit the platform, or share premium content without authorization. You may also request voluntary account deletion by emailing hello@cccwale.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in East Nimar (Khandwa), Madhya Pradesh. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute through mutual discussion.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
